Please contact / email me and I will reset it. The system will email you a password rest link to create a new password. 

Please note that returns are not accepted due to incorrect sizing. I kindly ask that you confirm your ring size prior to placing your order.

As each item is handmade, slight variations are to be expected. However, if there is an issue with your order beyond normal handmade differences, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Resizing Information:

Rings can only be resized up by 1/4 to 1/2 size. Unfortunately, resizing down is not possible. Any resizing requests will require the purchaser to cover the cost of return shipping.

Sterling silver is durable and ideal for everyday wear, but it can naturally tarnish over time—especially when exposed to moisture or sweat. To help maintain its shine, I recommend removing your jewelry before swimming or exercising.

The natural oils from your skin can actually help slow down tarnishing, so wearing your piece regularly is encouraged. When not being worn, store your jewelry in a dry, airtight container to limit exposure to air and humidity.

To clean, gently polish with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

With a little care, your sterling silver jewelry will stay beautiful for years to come.

I offer repair services exclusively for pieces created by Lone Saguaro Designs. Repair and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Please note that I do not provide repair services for jewelry made by other artists or manufacturers. Thank you for your understanding.

Stone durability varies by stone type. Turquoise is a relatively soft stone, with a Mohs rating of 5-6. Agates, including petrified wood, are harder, around a 7. For reference, Diamonds are rated a 10 and are the hardest.

 

I create my pieces using natural stones, checking them over with 3-4x magnification in the process for hairline cracks and potential issues. I do everything I can to prevent a piece being made with an issue and inspect the rings prior to shipping.

 

If you feel your stone has a crack or issue, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving the item. Beyond this point I will not be able to honor returns due to stone issues that might have been sustained outside of my possession.

 

However, if you break/crack your stone and would like it repaired email me. Stone replacement, repair costs, and shipping will be estimated and communicated with you for approval and repair. Thank you for your understanding.
