Wrasse Fossil stone set in sterling silver with a single band shank.
*Being a fossil, these are a softer stone than turquoise, best suited for special occasions.
A wrasse fossil is the fossilized palate, or grinding plate, of an ancient wrasse fish, found on Madura Island, Indonesia. These fossils are known for their intricate, "snakeskin" pattern, which results from the fossilized dental plates used by the fish to crush mollusks and other shellfish.
All hand formed, shaped, and soldered.

Sterling silver is durable and ideal for everyday wear, but it can naturally tarnish over time—especially when exposed to moisture or sweat. To help maintain its shine, I recommend removing your jewelry before swimming or exercising.
The natural oils from your skin can actually help slow down tarnishing, so wearing your piece regularly is encouraged. When not being worn, store your jewelry in a dry, airtight container to limit exposure to air and humidity.
To clean, gently polish with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
With a little care, your sterling silver jewelry will stay beautiful for years to come.
